Move and Copy Files
File မ်ားကို ေရႊ ့ျခင္းနဲ ့ ကူးျခင္း


You can move or copy your files when you want to take work home, share documents with a colleage or recoganize files on your hard drive. Copying files is also useful for making backup copies.
When you move a file, you delete the file from its original location.
When you copy a file, you create a second file that is exactly the same as the first, you can place the copy in another folder on your computer, on a network drive, on a memory stick. If you create a copy in the same folder, Windows will add “Copy of” to the file name.

Move Files

1. Select the files you want to move.
2. Position the mouse over one of the files.
3. Drag the files to new location.

၁။ မိမိေရႊ ့လိုေသာ Files မ်ားကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ထားပါ။
၂။ ေရြးခ်ယ္ထားေသာ Files မ်ားအနက္ File တစ္ခုေပၚတြင္ Mouse Pointer ကို ထားပါ။
၃။ Mouse Left Button ကို File ေပၚတြင္ ဖိထားၿပီး မိမိထားလိုေသာေနရာသို ့ ဆြဲယူသြားပါ။


တစ္နည္း။ ။ Mouse ကိုင္တာ မကၽြမ္းက်င္ဘူးဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Mouse Press & Drag ကို မသံုးပဲ မိမိေရႊ ့လိုတဲ့ File ေပၚမွာ Mouse Pointer ထားၿပီး Right Click >>> Cut လို ့ Click လုပ္ပါ။

ၿပီးလွ်င္ မိမိထားလိုေသာေနရာတြင္ Mouse Pointer ကိုထားၿပီး Right Click >>> Paste ျပဳလုပ္႐ံုပါပဲ။


Copy Files

1. Select the files you want to copy.
2. Position the mouse over one of the files.
3. Press and hold down the Ctrl key.
4. Still holding down the Ctrl key, drag the files to the new location. When copying files, a plus sign + appears under the mouse pointer.

၁။ မိမိကူးလိုေသာ File မ်ားကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ထားပါ။
၂။ ေရြးခ်ယ္ထားေသာ File မ်ားအနက္ File တစ္ခုေပၚတြင္ Mouse Pointer ကို ထားပါ။
၃။ Keyboard မွ Ctrl Key ကို ဖိထားပါ။
၄။ Ctrl Key ကို ဖိထားလ်က္အေနအထားျဖင့္ File ကို ေထာက္၍ Mouse Left Button ဖိၿပီး မိမိကူးထားလိုေသာေနရာသို ့ ဆြဲယူသြားပါ။  File မ်ားကူးေသာအခါ Mouse Pointer ေအာက္ဖက္တြင္ Plus sign + ေပၚေနမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။


တစ္နည္း။ ။ Mouse ကိုင္တာ မကၽြမ္းက်င္ဘူးဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Mouse Press & Drag ကို မသံုးပဲ မိမိကူးလိုတဲ့ File ေပၚမွာ Mouse Pointer ထားၿပီး Right Click >>> Copy လို ့ Click လုပ္ပါ။

ၿပီးလွ်င္ မိမိထားလိုေသာေနရာတြင္ Mouse Pointer ကိုထားၿပီး Right Click >>> Paste ျပဳလုပ္႐ံုပါပဲ။



Copy Files to a Memory Stick

1. Select the files you want to copy to a memory stick.
2. Right-click one of the files. A menu appears.
3. Click Send To.
4. Click the drive you want to receive a copy of the files.

၁။ Memory Stick ထဲကို File မ်ားကူးမယ္ဆိုရင္ မိမိကူးလိုတဲ့ File မ်ားကို ေရြးခ်ယ္(Highlight) ထားပါ။
၂။ ေရြးခ်ယ္ထားေသာ File မ်ားအနက္ File တစ္ခုေပၚတြင္ Mouse Pointer ကို ထားၿပီး Right Click ျပဳလုပ္ပါ။
၃။ ေပၚလာေသာ Shortcut Menu ထဲမွ Send to ဆိုတာကို Click လုပ္ပါ။
၄။ မိမိ File မ်ားကို ကူးလိုတဲ့ Memory Stick Drive ကို Click ျပဳလုပ္ပါ။




Delete Files


You can remove documents, folders and programs you no longer need to free up space on your computer. If you delete a folder, Windows erases all the files and folders inside the folder. To protect you from accidentally erasing files, Windows stores deleted files in the Recycle Bin.
မိမိကြန္ပ်ဴတာရဲ့ Hard Disk မွာ မလိုအပ္တဲ့ Document ေတြ၊ Folder ေတြ၊ Program ေတြကို ဖ်က္ပစ္ရပါမယ္။ ဒါမွ မိမိသိမ္းဆည္းလိုေသာ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား သိမ္းဆည္းရန္ ေနရာလြတ္ ရရိွမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Folder ကို ဖ်က္မယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ အဲဒီ့ Folder ထဲမွာ သိမ္းထားတဲ့ File ေတြ၊ Folder ေတြအားလံုးကို ဖ်က္သြားမွာပါ။ Files မ်ားကို ႐ုတ္တရက္ ဖ်က္မိျခင္းမွ ကာကြယ္ရန္ Windows က Recycle Bin လို ့ ေခၚတဲ့ အမိႈက္ပံုးထဲကို ေခတၱ သိမ္းထားေပးမွာပါ။

As a precaution, Windows asks you to confirm the files you are erasing. Make sure you do not delete system files required to run Windows or files required by programs you still use. Do not delete any file unless you are certain you no longer need the file.
Files မ်ားကို ဖ်က္တယ္ဆိုရင္ Windows က ဖ်က္မွာ ေသခ်ာလားလို ့ ေမးတတ္ပါတယ္။ ကိုယ္အသံုးျပဳေနတဲ့ Programs ေတြမွာ လိုအပ္တဲ့ System Files မ်ား၊ Windows အသံုးျပဳေနတဲ့ System Files မ်ားကို မဖ်က္မိဖို ့ အထူးသတိျပဳရပါမယ္။ လံုး၀ မဖ်က္မိပါေစနဲ ့။

Before you delete documents, consider the value of the documents. You may want to save a copy on a memory stick or a backup drive. The cost of memory stick and drive is small compared to the cost of recreating a document.
စာတစ္ခုကို ဖ်က္ေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ ဒီစာဟာ မိမိအတြက္ အသံုးလိုမလို အရင္ စဥ္းစားပါ။ Memory Stick သို ့မဟုတ္ Backup Drive (တစ္နည္း) External Hard Disk ေတြမွာ ကူးယူထားႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

1. Select the files you want to delete.
2. Press the Delete key. A dialog box appears confirming the deletion.
3. Click Yes to delete the files. The files disappear.

Windows places the files in the Recycle Bin.
You can immediately restore files you just deleted.

1. Right-click a blank area in the window or on the desktop. A menu appears.
2. Click Undo Delete.

Instead of performing steps 1 and 2, you can also click the Undo button in the window.


၁။ မိမိဖ်က္လိုေသာ Files မ်ားကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ (Highlight) ထားပါ။
၂။ Keyboard မွ Delete Key ကို ႏိွပ္လိုက္႐ံုပါပဲ။ ဒီအခါ ဖ်က္မွာ ေသခ်ာလားလို ့ ေမးတဲ့ Dialog Box ေပၚလာပါလိမ့္မယ္။




၃။ Yes လို ့ Click လုပ္လိုက္ရင္ေတာ့ ဖ်က္လိုက္တဲ့ Files မ်ား ေပ်ာက္သြားပါလိမ့္မယ္။
Windows က ဖ်က္လိုက္တဲ့ Files ေတြကို Recycle Bin ထဲမွာ ထားလိုက္တာပါ။


ဖ်က္လိုက္တဲ့ Files ေတြကို ခ်က္ျခင္း ျပန္ယူႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
၁။ Desktop ေပၚ (သို ့မဟုတ္) Window ရဲ့ လြတ္တဲ့ေနရာမွာ Mouse Right Click ျပဳလုပ္ပါ။ Shortcut Menu ေပၚလာပါလိမ့္မယ္။
၂။ Undo Delete ဆိုတာကို Click ျပဳလုပ္လိုက္ပါ။


ဒီ အခ်က္ ႏွစ္ခုျပဳလုပ္မဲ့အစား Window မွာပါတဲ့ Undo Button ကို Click လုပ္လည္း ရပါတယ္။ Keyboard ကေန ျပဳလုပ္မယ္ဆိုရင္ Ctrl+Z ပါ။ ဖ်က္ၿပီး ခ်က္ျခင္းျပန္လုပ္ရမွာပါ။


တကယ္လို ့ တစ္ခ်ိန္မွာ Recycle Bin ထဲ ေရာက္ေနတဲ့ File ကို ျပန္လိုခ်င္ရင္ Recycle Bin ထဲက ျပန္လိုခ်င္တဲ့ File ေပၚမွာ Mouse ထားၿပီး Right Click >>> Restore Click ျပဳလုပ္႐ံုပါပဲ။
Recycle Bin ထဲမွာ ဘာ File မွ ရိွမေနခ်င္ရင္ေတာ့ ပံုမွာ အနီ၀ိုင္းျပထားတဲ့အတိုင္း Empty the Recycle Bin ဆိုတာကို Click လုပ္႐ံုပါပဲ။




ဒီတစ္ခါ ေမးခြန္း အေမးအေျဖေလးနဲ ့ ရွင္းျပပါမယ္။

မိမိကိုယ္တိုင္ျပဳလုပ္ထားေသာ စာမ်ားကိုသာ ဖ်က္သင့္ပါတယ္။  မိမိ Hard Disk မွာ ေနရာလြတ္မ်ား ျပန္လည္ရရိွလိုပါက Disk Cleanup Tool ကို အသံုးျပဳသင့္ပါတယ္။
Hard Disk Clean လုပ္ပံုကို ရွင္းျပခဲ့ၿပီး ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

Gmail Password ေပါက္တဲ့ ျပႆနာအတြက္

 Gmail အေဖာက္ခံရတဲ့ ပို႔စ္ကို ဖတ္လိုက္ရပါတယ္။ ဆိုင္မွာ သုံးတဲ့ လူေတြအတြက္ တခ်ဳိ႕ဆိုင္ေတြမွာ  key logger ေတြနဲ႔ ေထာင္ဖမ္းထားတာ ရွိပါတယ္။ အဲဒီရန္ကလြတ္ေအာင္ ဒီနည္းေလးသံုးလုိက္ရင္ ေတာ္ေတာ္အဆင္ေျပသြားမွာပါ။
          ဒီနည္းက Password မလိုပဲ ကိုယ့္ Gmail ကို ဖြင့္လို႔ရတဲ့ နည္းပါ။ ပတ္စ္၀ါ့ မလိုတဲ့အတြက္ ပတ္စ္၀ါ့ ဟက္ခံရတဲ့ေဘးကေတာ့ လြတ္ႏိုင္မယ္ ထင္ပါတယ္။
          အသုံးျပဳလိုတဲ့ သူေတြအေနနဲ႔ ေအာက္မွာ ေပးထားတဲ႔ ကုတ္ေတြ (အျဖဳေရာင္စာသားေတြ)ကို notepad ထဲမွာ copy ကူးယူျပီး USERNAME နဲ႔ PASSWORD ေနရာမွာ ကိုယ့္ username နဲ႔ password ကို ေျပာင္း႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။ ေပးထားတဲ့ ကုတ္ေတြထဲက အနီေရာင္စာလုံးေတြ ေနရာမွာ ေျပာင္းရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ username ႐ိုက္တဲ့အခါမွာ @gmail ထည့္စရာမလိုပါ။
          ျပီးရင္ save လုပ္ပါ။ save လုပ္တဲ့အခါမွာ မိမိစိတ္ႀကိဳက္ ဖိုင္နာမည္ေပးၿပီးရင္ နာမည္ရဲ႕ ေနာက္မွာ file extension က .html (သို႔မဟုတ္) .htm လို႔ ေပးရပါမယ္။ ဥပမာ - khaingmye.html (သို႔မဟုတ္) khaingmye.htm လို႔ ဖိုင္နာမည္ ေပးရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
          save ထားတဲ့ file ကိုဖြင့္လုိက္တဲ့အခါ ကိုယ့္ Gmail ကို ဘာမွရိုက္ထည့္စရာမလုိပဲ sign in လုပ္ေပးပါလိမ္႔မယ္။ Right Click > Open With... ကေန ကိုယ္ႀကိဳက္တဲ့ browser နဲ႔ ဖြင့္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

          အင္တာနက္ဆိုင္သြားတ႔ဲအခ်ိန္ ကိုယ့္ password ကိုသူမ်ားသိမွာ ခိုးမွာေၾကာက္သူမ်ား ခု save လုပ္ထားတဲ႔ file ကုိ stick ထဲထည့္ျပီး ယူသြားနုိင္ပါတယ္။ password
ခိုးမွာေၾကာက္ရင္ Gtalk ေတာ့ မ၀င္ပါနဲ႔။  အင္တာနက္သုံးၿပီးရင္ေတာ့ အင္တာနက္ဆိုင္က စက္ထဲမွာ file
